90-Day Happiness Guarantee

At Try Flex, we stand behind every jar of Turkey Tail Pro. If you and your dog aren't completely happy within 90 days of receiving your order, we'll make it right.

How Our Guarantee Works

You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or replacement. We don't require you to ship the product back to us — we know your dog has likely already started using it.

To start a refund request, simply contact us at info@try-flex.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of why you're not satisfied
  • (Optional) Photos or details that help us understand your experience

We typically respond within 24 hours and will work with you to find the right solution, whether that's a refund, a replacement product, or a partial refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at info@try-flex.com if your item arrived damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We'll replace it at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at info@try-flex.com.

Subscriptions

If you're on a recurring subscription, you can cancel anytime directly from your account or by emailing info@try-flex.com. Cancellations apply to future shipments; orders that have already been processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.
